Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened/unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. You will have to cover the cost to return the items unless the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

Please note when returning any item you will be responsible for any loss or damage from postage until we have received the item back you can protect your self by sending the item signed for via royal mail.

If you have ordered the wrong product by mistake and are returning a product to exchange it for another product to be sent out or the order is returned to us because of incorrect address or you failure to collect your parcel from your local sorting office (if you were out when your order was delivered and it did not fit through your post box). You will have to cover the cost and charges to send the new item out or if you are refunded for the order send back you will be refunded minus the cost of the original postage.

If you are returning an order which your received a FREE gift you will also need to return the free gift. If you do not return the free gift you will be charge the full price for the item which will be took from your refund.

Lost orders

On rare occasions an order my become lost in the postal system if you have not received your order in the suggested time please contact us so we can check  if there are any delays in your postal region and assist you further with receiving your order.


Depending on the payment system you selected when placing your order refunds can take between 2 and 7 working days. If you placed your order through paypal You should expect to receive your refund within 2 to 3 business days of charlies nail art receiving the package. If you placed your order through our other payment system you should expect to receive your refund within 5 to 10 working days. 

All items will be subject to checks to make sure they have not been opened or used if items have been used a refund for the used items will not be issued and you will be liable to pay the cost to have the items returned to yourself.
please note you will not be refunded for postage unless the return is a result of our error.

If an item is damaged during posting we need to be contacted as soon as you receive your package to report it has been damaged in the post and returned within 7 days of receiving your order. If you do not report the item as damaged as soon as you receive your order we will be able to assist you further.
