How can i pay?

Charlies nail art has a few different options for payment

Paypal: payment can be made through Paypal by debit/credit card or Paypal account. You do not need a paypal account to pay by debit/credit card once you go through to paypal to make payment there will be two options pay by card or pay by paypal account if you press pay by card you will then be able to enter your card details to pay.

Square or stripe payment are both trusted card payment gateways. Payment can be made by debit/credit card through square or stripe both safe and secure payment companies this payment is perfect for people that do not want to use paypal or would like to pay via apple pay.

Payment is instant with both debit/credit card and paypal payments unless you pay by echeque through paypal which can take up to 10 days to clear. (please be aware we can not dispatch your order until the payment has cleared).

 

How much is p&p and how long will delivery take?

UK orders and sent 1st class through royal mail and take 1 to 3 working days with 95% of orders Monday to Friday before 2pm being received the next working day. Orders under £20 postage is £1.59 or you can choose to have your order sent tracked for £3.15

orders over £20 are free delivery however if you would like tracking for your order you will need to pay for the tracked delivery.

I can not place my order. An error code is showing

Unfortunately from time to time a technical issue may stop an order being processed there are a couple of reasons this this could happen.

Payment gateway issue: Unfortunately sometime one of our payment options (Paypal, stripe or square) may experience a technical issue with taking payments if this happens we advise trying to place your order through one of the other options.

Browser Cache issue: If a technical update has been made on our website or one of the payment gateway option you may need to clear your browser history and cookies to remove an outdated version stored in your browser history.

Details not quite correct: On rare occasions an order may not go through due to a slight discrepancy with your address or name. Please check all spellings and make sure you have left spaces where there should be (i.e in the postcode)

 

How do i know if my order has gone through?

Once you have completed your order you will receive an email with your receipt to let you know your order is awaiting fulfillment.

Then once we have packaged and dispatched your order you will then receive an email that your order has been shipped.

 

Is my personal data safe? 

Here at Charlie's Nail Art we understand the importance of your privacy please be assured all personal data taken while creating your account with us is stored solely for the purpose of creating and shipping your order. We do not share any of your data with other companies or marketing agencies. We do not collected any payment details all payments are took through secure and trusted payment companies Paypal, stripe or square depending on the option you choose when making payment. 

 

I've forgot my log in details or i am having trouble logging in?

If you are having trouble logging in to your account but you are sure you are inputting the correct details please clear your browser history and cookies as this could be a local browser issue. If this does not resolve the issue please contact us for further assistance.

If you have forgotten your login detail please contact us using the contact us form and we will assist you in logging into your account.

 

I've placed my order but need to add another product to my order

If you you would like to add another product to an order you have already made that has not been shipped or marked as awaiting shipment please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not already been packed we will be able to do this for you. 

If you place two order within the same time period they will be shipped together in the same parcel and a free gift will be added to your order. Please be aware the cost of the free gift will not cover the full amount of the second postage paid this is because the postage cost does not just cover the postage but also packaging and a small percentage of the charge we enquire from our payment company if you have made two orders we have been charged twice by our payment company. We must do this to keep our postage prices as low as possible thank you for your understanding.

 

Do you have a shop or can i collect

Unfortunately Charlie's nail art does not have a shop or allow collection we our a registered UK online business all UK orders are sent out first class and all international orders are posted out international standard.

 

I have not received my order

If you have not received your order in the stated 1 to 3 working days (for UK only) or within 14 working days (international orders) please contact us.
