How can i pay?


Charlies nail art has two different options for payment

Payment can be made through paypal by debit/credit card or paypal account. You do not need a paypal account to pay by debit/credit card once you go through to paypal to make payment there will be two options pay by card or pay by paypal account if you press pay by card you will then be able to enter your card details to pay.


Payment can also be made by debit/credit card through stripe a safe and secure payment company this payment is perfect for people that have had issues with paypal or just dont want to use paypal.

Payment is instant with both debit/credit card and paypal payments unless you pay by echeque through paypal which can take up to 10 days to clear.


How much is p&p and how long will delivery take?

UK orders and sent 1st class through royal mail and take 1 to 3 working days with 95% of orders monday to friday before 2pm being received the next working day. Orders under £15 postage is £1.25 orders over £15 are free delivery.

International orders take between 3 to 10 working days depending on destination. For full information on all shipping charges and time head over to our UK and Worldwide shipping page


How do i know if my order has gone through?

Once you have completed your order you will receive an email with your receipt to let you know your order is awaiting fulfillment.

once your order has been packed we will then mark your order as awaiting shipment.

You will then receive an email once your order has been shipped.


What does awaiting fulfillment mean?

Awaiting fulfillment means your order has gone through and is now being processed and packed for delivery.


I've forgot my log in details?

If you are having trouble logging in to your account please contact us using the contact us form and we will assist you in logging into your account.


I've placed my order but need to add another product to my order

If you you would like to add another product to an order you have already made that has not been shipped or marked as awaiting shipment please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not already been packed we will be able to do this for you.


Do you have a shop or can i collect

Unfortunately charlies nail art does not have a shop or allow collection we our a registered UK online business all UK orders are sent out first class and all international orders are posted out international standard.


I have not received my order

If you have not received your order in the stated 1 to 3 working days (for UK only) or within 10 working days (international orders) please contact us.


How do i become a brand ambassador and what do i have to do as an ambassador 

To become an ambassador contact us through out Bloggers/reviewers page and ask to be a brand ambassador.

As a brand ambassador you would receive an exclusive discount code for you and your followers. Plus you will earn 5% of any orders made using your discount code. (This is paid by store credit added to your Charlie's nail art account and does not include the cost of the postage).

All brand ambassador must have a public social media profile, display their discount code and our website address on there profile bio and post a least once a week featuring Charlie's Nail Art.


How do i become a blogger/reviewer

If you would like to blog or review our products please email us your details to charliesnailart@gmail.com

You must be 16 or over to be one of our bloggers/reviews.

All our bloggers/reviews will receive a discount code to share with their followers.

We reserve the right to stop sending items for review out to you at anytime.
